Hey Justin 👋 here's how to get started

  1. Log in to GitHub with the HonestBiz account (honestbizinc), not your own.
  2. Go to baocount repo → Settings → Collaborators → Add people and add your personal GitHub account. Then log back in as yourself and accept the invite.
  3. Clone the repo: 
    git clone git@github.com:honestbizinc/baocount.git
  4. Before you start, have your coding bot read AGENTS.md in the repo root. It explains how deploys work, what they don't handle, and the rules. Claude Code picks it up automatically through CLAUDE.md.
